General description of the service
Sale and purchase of well-maintained used cars and brokering of car financing. We offer this service at our dealership in Ludwigsburg (Siegesstraße 51, 71636 Ludwigsburg) and online via our website https://paulmobile.de.
How the service is provided
On our website https://paulmobile.de we present our current stock of well-maintained used cars with photos, equipment details and prices. Anyone interested can contact us without obligation – via a contact form, by phone or via WhatsApp – to ask questions, arrange a viewing or test drive, or request a financing offer. Vehicle owners can offer us their vehicle for sale using our sell-your-car form. The actual purchase contract is concluded in person at our dealership in Ludwigsburg; we do not offer online purchasing with an order or checkout function.
Compliance status
We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website so that it is fully accessible to all users. We therefore work continuously to fully implement the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the associated Accessibility Strengthening Regulation (BFSGV).
Our website implements the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). In designing our website https://paulmobile.de, we have implemented the following accessibility measures:
Keyboard operability: All content and interactive elements (navigation, buttons, forms) can be fully reached and operated using the keyboard. A “Skip to content” link lets you skip repeated navigation elements, and visible focus indicators show your current position at all times.
Screen reader support and ARIA attributes: Our website is built on semantic HTML with clearly marked-up regions (page header, navigation, main content, footer) and uses ARIA attributes to make it easier to use with screen readers and text-to-speech functions. All informative images have alternative text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers. The page language is marked up in a machine-readable way.
Optimised contrast and flexible font sizes: We make sure colour contrast is high enough for good readability. Font sizes use relative units and can be enlarged smoothly via your browser settings without any loss of content. The layout is responsive and adapts to different screen sizes.
Consideration for motion sensitivity: Animations and motion effects are automatically reduced when the “Reduce motion” setting (prefers-reduced-motion) is enabled in your operating system.
